African Artists’ Foundation is Inviting Papers and Proposals on: Effective Communication to Abolish Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in Africa.

• The winning entries will show a pragmatic and innovative approach in tackling this public health concern.

• It would also be one that involves working in a multi-disciplinary team.

• Cultural and religious sensitivity must be taken into account in drafting.

• A focus on hard-to-reach groups is essential.

The winning entries will be funded, and will receive support from by the AAF public health Advisory team.

Good quality papers will be published on the web site and forwarded to international journals for consideration.
